Presented by Paul Mickleburgh, Specifications Manager, on 6th December at the Vision Theatre 3 between 10.30 – 11,30am, ‘An introduction to heat pumps – technology and principles’ CPD is a great opportunity for specifiers and installers to achieve a valuable insight into heat pump operating principles, such as energy, refrigeration, technology and efficiency. It also provides the chance to learn more about the different types of commercial heat pump equipment available and explores the main points to consider when it comes to designing an efficient heat pump system. For those not able to attend the CPD presentation at Bulid2Perform Live, our Area Sales Managers can arrange for it to be delivered online or in person.

Products on show

Visitors to show are invited to come and see some of our most popular products, including, the Tyneham range of commercial air source heat pumps. These heat pumps, which are available in six outputs from 14 to 70kW – and can be cascaded for larger installations - offer highly efficient COP performance of up to 4.85 with low environmental impact, thanks to the use of R32 refrigerant.

Also on show will be our latest range of condensing boilers and hot water heaters, which can be used to achieve a low-carbon and efficient hybrid heating and hot water system. These include the Stratton mk3 wall hung condensing boiler and the Wessex ModuMax mk3 full condensing pre-mix floor standing boiler with stainless steel technology, which will both be on show to demonstrate the valuable space spacing footprint they have to offer. Available in a range of modules to suit a variety of projects, these boilers provide an easy-to-integrate backup or top-up to heat pumps.

Lastly, visitors to the event also have the opportunity to see our latest range of Dorchester DR-SG condensing water heaters with enhanced durability and large continuous outputs. Also utilising stainless steel technology, the range is available in ten outputs over three storage capacities and offers outstanding performance under challenging water conditions.
