With commercial sector buildings being responsible for 10% of the UK’s greenhouse gas emissions it is vital that the building services industry is doing everything we can to improve energy efficiency in buildings. With gas accounting for 90-95% of costs over the life of a boiler there is the opportunity to make real, substantial savings in gas consumption and reductions in carbon emissions. We strive to make our products as ecologically efficient as possible and show how renewable energy can successfully be integrated.
Not only that, but we also make a commitment to minimise our impact on the environment in our immediate surroundings. Our UK manufacturing base is in Hull, and our head office is located in Poole. We work hard to help ensure that we keep our environment a beautiful place to work and live. Naturally we have an environment policy, but we go the extra mile by getting actively involved in our community. A cycling to work challenge and litter picking in a local nature reserve are just some of the activities that staff enjoy.
We help our customers to look at the whole life costs of their heating equipment in order to truly understand the cost/benefit of upgrading commercial boilers and water heaters. One of the ways we do this is through offering free CIBSE approved continuing professional development, (CPD), seminars.
You’ll find the experience and knowledge of our staff shines through; helping you specify the right solution for your project. We keep up to date with the complex legislation in our industry and can show you which products comply with legislation such as PartL and ErP. And if you need these explaining, we’ll happily do that too.
