Learn how to get the most from your Hamworthy commercial heating and hot water products with commercial boiler training.
Our experience shows that those who take part in our training sessions have more confidence and competence in running the machinery; meaning less chance of downtime.
We offer training to all our customers in the UK. All Hamworthy training is delivered either at your site, so that the content is fully tailored for your own personal need. Or you could choose to have a practical demonstration at one of our training centres.
Delivered by Groupe Atlantic engineers with years of product knowledge and industry experience, the training guides attendees through the servicing of Hamworthy products to ensure they are operating at their maximum efficiencies.
Training centre courses
Commercial boiler training sessions are split into two: half classroom based and half hands-on training with Hamworthy boilers.A typical training outline comprises:
- 9.30am - Welcome and Introduction
- 10.00am - Classroom based product training
- 11.00am - Product training with live firing boilers
- 12.30pm - Complimentary lunch
- 1.00pm - Resume product training with live firing boilers
- 3.30pm - Training finishes
All attendees will receive a training handout, Hamworthy product literature and a certificate of attendance.

On-site trainingThere are two tiers of on-site training for you to choose from:
Tier one: This is tailored to Gas Safe registered engineers, covering fault-finding, maintenance of boiler and hot water plant, including the operation of any Hamworthy boiler controls modules.
Tier two: This is tailored to Boiler/Plant room operators, who may not be Gas Safe registered. This includes understanding fault codes, associated control operation etc.
