The Hamworthy roadshow van has visited plenty of customers in the South West.

Launched by Trevor Struck, sales manager for the area which includes Poole where Hamworthy HQ is based, the roadshow van has seen customers from across the South West and Cornwall.

Over 100 visitors have looked around the ‘boiler for every building’ van. The message is clear: Hamworthy can deliver the right boiler for new and old buildings, no matter if they are small or tall. From April, customers have had the opportunity to book the van for a visit.

Initially exploring the fields around Salisbury and Portsmouth to visit contractors and consultants, the van returned ‘back to its roots’ in Poole where new projects were discussed with customers, before moving on to Horsham.

That’s when area sales manager (ASM) Chris Barrett took over who looks after the Channel Islands and the South West. With events at HSVC in Bodmin and Wolseley Center in Plymouth as well as visits to more design consultants and mechanical contractors in Abbotskerswell. Customers were pleased,

“Really good info and well presented.“

“Great info and really good display.”

“Very informative on boiler range.”

Encouraged by positive feedback, Dave Moulsdale, in charge of a part of the South West including, Bristol and Bath together with South Wales, drove the van to Gloucester and surrounding areas.

Currently, Noel Lally is chauffeuring the van around the stronghold of construction sites (London) where customers are especially interested to see how high of an output they can achieve from a small footprint with our Upton boiler! As London’s quite an area to cover, ASMs Gary Banham, Tony Moore and Terry Simmonds each have a slot with the van until end of June.

Interested in a visit? Why not book the van?
