Hamworthy’s innovative new heat exchanger

The new Fleet boiler range of condensing modular boilers is exceptionally versatile and is British designed and built at the Hamworthy factory in Poole.

The Fleet is available in wall hung, horizontal floor standing and vertical floor standing configurations and at the heart of every Fleet boiler is the innovatively designed heat exchanger. This robust sectional aluminium heat exchanger ranges between 3 and 15 sections, delivering outputs from 40kW to 350kW. The same heat exchanger design is used in all Fleet boiler models.

Designed for high efficiency 80/60°C circuits or 50/30°C condensing performance, with efficiencies up to 109%, Fleet boilers have excellent environmental credentials. Ultra low emissions, surpass European Class 5 NOx levels, and are below the threshold for BREEAM specifications.

5 year warranty

The heat exchanger is rated to 6 bar working pressure, demonstrating the robustness of a product designed to last. Additionally, all Fleet boilers are supported by a 5 year warranty on the heat exchanger as standard, backed up by Hamworthy’s dedicated after-sales service.
