Returns Policy

At Hamworthy, we will accept returns of unwanted, incorrect or faulty goods that arise during the course of normal trading, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

It is the Customers’ responsibility to keep products or spare parts in good condition, properly stored in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions, and wherever practical, in the original packaging which is designed for that purpose.

In order to return goods to Hamworthy, you must contact Hamworthy for a Returns Note, complete with an Authorisation Number. Once received, this Returns Note with Authorisation Number must be completed and returned to Hamworthy with the goods in question.

Only goods that have been detailed on a Returns Note which is complete with Authorisation Number will be accepted by Hamworthy.

There are three types of returns:
